has four Senior Database Administrators each with extensive experience in ensuring that
your databases perform at their best. As each of our Senior Consultants has at least 5
years experience, you are assured of the skills and experience that you need to complete
database tasks effectively and efficiently.
Colin
Hudson
Colin Hudson has over 12 years I.T.
experience working in development and operations roles. Since joining Unlimited Solutions
in October 1997, Colin has worked with numerous clients helping them with Oracle
Applications and database administration in their development and production environments.
He has extensive experience with Oracle on NT, Unix and VMS platforms. During his time
with Unlimited Solutions he has implemented and administered many large databases, some
with hundreds of gigabytes of data. He has assisted with the design and implementation of
several large data warehouse projects.
Colin attended Macquarie University in Sydney and has a Bachelor of Science Degree
majoring in Mathematical Computing.
In his spare time, Colin regularly plays competition tennis with the Thornleigh-Eastwood
tennis association.
Mark
Murdoch
Mark Murdoch joined Unlimited
Solutions in February 1999 and brings to the team 11 years of experience supporting
systems in the government, insurance and housing finance sectors.
He has been involved in the management of Oracle database systems for 9 years, the last 3
years as a Senior Database Administrator. Mark has also worked extensively as a Unix
administrator on Sun Solaris systems and has a good knowledge of Unix security, TCP/IP
networking and Internet technologies.
Having worked as both a production and development DBA, Mark has experience administering
a number of specialist technologies including Oracle Advanced Replication, Finance One and
Peoplesoft Applications.
Mark is also responsible for
assisting you in defining your DBA requirements and ensuring that your needs are met.
Paul
Murgatroyd
Paul Murgatroyd joined Unlimited
Solutions in September 1999 and brings to the team 5 years of experience supporting
systems in the government and retail sectors.
He has been involved in the management of Oracle database systems for 5 years, the last 3
years as a Senior Database Administrator. Paul has worked on a wide variety of systems,
and has an in depth knowledge of Unix administration, having worked with most of the major
Unix implementations. He also has a good knowledge of Windows NT and TCP/IP Networking.
Paul has worked as both a development and production DBA, and has experience with a number
of specialist technologies including Oracle Auditing, Oracle Names, Oracle Financials, and
Remedy Helpdesk.
In his spare time, Paul can often be found in the skies above Sydney pursuing his latest
hobby, Aerobatics.
